All services, licenses, advisory engagements, and framework access provided by InYouniq Era LLC, including Behavior Risk Advisor services and TERPA™ licensing, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of professional services, intellectual property licensing, training, and advisory work, no refunds or prorated refunds are issued once access, materials, documentation, or services have been delivered.

Annual licenses remain valid for the full licensed term regardless of usage.

In limited circumstances, InYouniq Era LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• license adjustments, or

• service credits

Such accommodations do not constitute an obligation or precedent.
