Technical support for the deployed environment is built into the TERPA® lifecycle rather than requiring organizations to purchase a separate basic support package. Your implementation document specifically separates included technical support from paid customization and separately scoped new development.
You pay for the infrastructure you choose, the implementation it requires, and the expansion you request.
